The Office of Institutional Planning, Research, and Assessment (OIPRA) is responsible for the development and maintenance of data resources to support the Athens State community in strategic planning and policy-making processes. We are pleased to fulfill a portion of our mission with these Fact Books. This publication is produced directly from our data warehouse of statistical information to serve the information needs of our internal constituents.
